Return and Exchange

Anything you buy from our Glow Shop, we offer a 30 days easy return policy. We don’t want you to be stuck with things you are not satisfied with. In order to authorize return, exchange or refund please contact us within 30 days of purchase. Please email us at email@example.com with your order number and we will send you the shipping address. Products should be returned or exchanged in their original packaging. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable.
Please note: Any returns that are used or opened goes straight to trash, which is a loss of many things including resources, energy, time making that single product for you. In order to avoid waste and keep our environment safe for the younger generation, you can:
- Give products to your friends or family
- Buy only things you need
- Read all details before purchase
- Ever in doubt try PERSONALIZED SKIN CARE first
Since it's personally made for you it's non-refundable. We do our best to find the products that's good for you, but sometimes things does not go well. And we apologize for that. No matter you will get 15% off code to buy anything you like from our Glow Shop. You can checkout our Body and Mind collection, may be you can find something you like there.
Pamper skin at soa is partnership in person facial service. Once you have booked an appointment with an esthetician we do not provide refund because we have saved your spot. However you can request to reschedule the appointment date by calling us at 650-651-8981. Please provide us 48 hours advance notice before changing the booking.
You certainly can! After the return has been received, inspected and approved we will send you an email that your item is refunded back to your original form of payment automatically without needing any extra steps on your end.
Please note: You are responsible to ship and pay for the return shipping. We highly recommend using trackable or insured shipping. We don’t guarantee missing packages.
We want to make sure you received proper items. We can certainly exchange items that have any defects or damages, provided it is contacted within 10 days of delivery.
After we refund the balance, give us 2-5 business days to process and send out funds. If you haven't received your fund within 10 business days, contact your bank and inform us as well so we can take care of any issues on our end.
If you are not satisfied with the gift you received and want to exchange it for something else, we can help you with that please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Make sure it's in original condition, unused or unopened. Before we can process this you need to ship the products back. We recommend using trackable or insured shipping. We don’t take responsibility for lost packages. After we receive the items you’ll get store credit.
